Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ats71 ("ats71", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ats71 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services. By accessing the ats71 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

ats71 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the ats71 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ats71 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of local laws that may set a different minimum age for gambling.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate or shared accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account details, including your contact mobile number and password, up to date at all times.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of any ats71 employee involved in the operation of the platform. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the ats71 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The following provisions apply to all registered accounts:

• Your login credentials — specifically your registered Bangladeshi mobile number and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• ats71 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify our support team immediately.
• ats71 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
• ats71 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting the ats71 support team directly. Before closure, any remaining balance in your BDT wallet that exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements having been satisfied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ats71 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed during the deposit process.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ats71 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ats71 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• ats71 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. ats71 bears no responsibility for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
• Deposits made to your ats71 BDT wallet that are not used for wagering within 180 days of the last account activity may be subject to an inactivity fee. The inactivity fee schedule will be communicated to the account holder via their registered mobile number prior to application.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is filed in relation to a deposit, ats71 reserves the right to immediately freeze the associated account, reverse any winnings generated from the disputed funds, and pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts through appropriate means.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ats71 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement applicable to welcome bonuses is communicated clearly at the point of offer. Bonuses must be wagered within the promotional validity period or they will expire automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• ats71 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have been credited to an account but not yet wagered may be removed at ats71's discretion if the associated promotion is terminated.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion between players to manipulate promotional outcomes, use of betting patterns designed to minimise wagering risk while satisfying rollover requirements, or misuse of referral programmes — will result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.
• ats71 reserves the right to deny any player participation in a promotional offer at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the player's intent is to abuse the promotion rather than to engage in genuine recreational gambling.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ats71 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance held within it, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other non-human means. This includes the use of betting automation software, odds-scraping tools, or any application that interacts with the platform without a live human operator.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using the platform as a mechanism to process funds obtained through illegal activities. ats71 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information that confers an unfair advantage in live casino games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit promotions. Suspected collusion will trigger an immediate account review and, where confirmed, permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform for which you are not authorised, including attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer any component of the platform, or intercept communications between the platform and its backend infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documentation during the KYC process. Any account found to have been registered using forged or borrowed identification will be immediately closed and all funds held will be forfeited pending investigation.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ats71 platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within the game interface itself or upon request to the support team. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

All game outcomes on the ats71 platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by our third-party game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. ats71 does not and cannot manipulate individual game outcomes. The RNG systems used by our suppliers are independently audited for fairness.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, the outcome of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the relevant game supplier's malfunction policy. ats71 will communicate the resolution to the affected player within 5 working days.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies. Where a result is disputed or the relevant governing body conducts a post-event review that changes the official outcome, ats71 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the revised official result.
• Live casino games streamed via third-party providers are subject to those providers' own terms of service in addition to these Terms. Where a live dealer error occurs — for example, an incorrect card draw or a wheel spin that is voided by the dealer — the resolution applied by the provider's platform will be adopted by ats71 as the final outcome for settlement purposes.

Responsible Gaming

ats71 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ats71 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any interruption to gaming services caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or third-party service provider failures).

ats71's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by ats71's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Amendments to These Terms

ats71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player — ats71 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, notifying registered players via their registered mobile number. Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, reformatting, and minor clarifications that do not affect substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ats71 platform should be raised with the ats71 support team in the first instance. ats71 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a written statement to the ats71 compliance team via the contact email address listed on the platform. ats71 does not make any representation or warranty regarding the lawfulness of its services in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your location.
